Reschedule Procedure

 

Please follow this procedure to reschedule a game.

1. You MUST contact the opposing coach by Thursday the week of the game to inform them that the game will not be played.

2. Email the referee assignor at referee@mysasoccer.org to cancel the referee for your regularly scheduled game.

3. Get in contact with the opposing coach again to arrange a time you can make the game up.

4. Send reschedule request to the referee assignor and the scheduler, scheduler@mysasoccer.org. They will inform you if a field and referee are available for your request.

It is not the responsibility of the club to reschedule your games for you. If you do not officially cancel your game by Thusday, you will be responsible for paying referee fees when you play your game.
