Returned Check Policy:

There is a fee of $25 for all returned (insufficient funds, stop payment, or other) checks.

Refund Policy:

Full refunds are available if Refund Request Form is submitted prior to September 15, 2007. After September 15, MYSA board must approve all refunds. If refunds are approved after said date a $37.50 fee will be deducted for incurred expenses.
